📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email or phone.

We ship all over India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, and others.

📍 Serviceable Areas

We ship to most pin codes across India. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.


🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can track your package on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.


📦 Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at WORLDMALLOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM.

  • If the courier marks your package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please report it within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.

  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address or contact details, re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged or if an item is missing:

  1. Take a photo of the package and the item(s).

  2. Email us at WORLDMALLOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Our support team will assist you with a resolution or replacement.


🧾 GST Invoicing & Compliance

We provide GST invoices for all purchases. If you need the invoice for business or accounting purposes, please ensure you enter your GST number at checkout (if applicable).
